Shipping policy
All US orders ship using USPS Priority with a flat rate of $6.99 for orders under $35, with free domestic shipping for orders over $35. Orders outside the US use weight-based shipping, calculated during checkout. Shipping time on international orders varies significantly due to current restrictions and can take up to 4 weeks. Orders leave the shop Monday and Friday mornings unless there is a US postal holiday.
Wayfarer Creations will pay for shipping on defects or issues caused by manufacturing but is not responsible for user errors. Return shipping for products is generally the buyer's responsibility but will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address you specified will NOT be refunded. For items not accepted or picked up from a local post office that are returned to sender, Wayfarer Creations will refund the price of the item minus the actual shipping cost.
Processing time
Items will generally ship within 3-4 business days but may take longer during periods of high demand due to the custom nature of products. Please be aware of any announcements about delays in shipping.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Wayfarer Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs.
